Domain Sale Disclaimer
Online Platforms adheres to the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) and provides domain names solely for sale. By purchasing a domain from Online Platforms, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- Buyer Responsibility: The future owner of the domain is entirely and exclusively responsible for conducting their own due diligence regarding the domain they are acquiring. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying any potential trademark infringements, legal conflicts, restrictions related to the domain’s use, or its prior history. Buyers should ensure that the domain aligns with their intended use and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- No Liability: Online Platforms does not make any guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the legal status, usability, availability, or potential conflicts associated with the domain. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise from the domain’s previous ownership, its current status, or its future use. Online Platforms disclaims all responsibility for how the buyer intends to use the domain or any consequences arising from such use, including but not limited to third-party disputes or legal challenges.
- Indemnification: The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Online Platforms, its affiliates, and its representatives from any claims, disputes, or liabilities, including legal fees and costs, arising from their ownership, use, or attempted use of the domain. This includes any third-party claims alleging trademark infringement, copyright violations, or other conflicts.
- Policy Compliance: Buyers are strongly encouraged to familiarize themselves with the UDRP and any other relevant policies or regulations governing domain name ownership and usage. Understanding these policies can help mitigate risks and ensure compliance with international and local laws.
- Domains as Assets: Buyers acknowledge that domains are sold “as-is” without any assurance of profitability, suitability, or marketability. The buyer assumes full responsibility for evaluating the domain’s potential value and utility before finalizing the purchase.
- Final Agreement: By completing the purchase, the buyer accepts these terms and agrees to assume full accountability for their domain acquisition, its intended use, and any risks or responsibilities associated with ownership. Online Platforms holds no further claims or obligations once the transaction is complete.
